YouTube & Content Intern

We are hiring a YouTube & Content Intern at Groww to manage and grow our YouTube presence. You will work closely with editors and designers to produce, schedule, and optimize videos for maximum reach. The role involves researching guests and topics, creating supporting carousel and social media content, and publishing across YouTube, Instagram, and Medium. This is a hands‑on opportunity for freshers who want to learn the full content lifecycle and see their work impact millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day‑to‑day YouTube channel operations, including publishing new videos and maintaining a content calendar.
• Research and shortlist guests and topics for upcoming episodes.
• Coordinate with editors and designers on video edits, thumbnails, and post‑production work.
• Review completed videos, share edit notes, and identify highlights and timestamps for Shorts and clips.
• Optimize video SEO, track performance metrics, and adjust content strategy accordingly.
• Create carousel posts and social media graphics that complement the video library.
• Publish and promote content across YouTube, Instagram, and Medium.

Required Skills:

• Strong interest in YouTube, content creation, and digital media.
• Good understanding of YouTube SEO and how performance data drives decisions.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with cross‑functional teams.
