Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for tender management activities for EM and EU.
Delivery of tender revenue in the financial year as per targets and enable organization growth
Building tender market capability in terms
Information: Coordination with countries and external partners to be able draw out tender heat -map
Competitiveness: Ensure cost competitiveness for tenders; program managing cost reduction projects for key molecules
Preparedness: Ensure ready availability of all tender pre-reqs. including legal, stat and regulatory
Capability: Product catalogues and dossier availability and readiness for key tenders
Pre and post tender management activities.
Managing governance of Tender CRM tool.
Support portfolio development of Key products which can be offered across multiple markets.
Education Qualification
Graduate in any field (pharma preferred) with MBA
Salary
12.72 LPA CTC (As per Glassdoor estimates)
