Roles & Responsibilities
Create value for the organization by supporting programs/projects under the Location leaders’ strategic initiatives
Developing and enhancing relationships with our key stakeholders, understand the business and navigate within the organization to drive programs effectively
Observing, listening, and asking better questions to understand their needs and expectations
Bringing diverse and thought-provoking perspectives and point of view, to explore solutions working with the team
Exploring trends and new, innovative ideas that will positively impact EY, in addition to the existing practices/processes followed within EY
Provide insights for improvement, accelerating the outcomes and support toward managing the current programs effectively.
Being prepared to speak credibly and confidently about process & initiatives and ability to identify opportunities to solve business issues.
Contribute towards building the capability for the function to support the programs and share information with colleagues who are managing other programs/projects
Ensure standardization in all communication and deliverables /change management practices adopted and align them to organization goals.
Ability to identify and measure benefits as per pre-defined KPIs relevant for the functions.
Share knowledge within the EY community.
Skills Required
Graduate and 3+ Years of relevant operations experience in Big 4, Global Management Consultancy or Blue-chip organization.
Management of senior stakeholder.
Awareness / experience of leveraging technology as enablers.
Ability to work & deliver as a team and flexibility to take on roles as needed in multiple initiatives as leader or team member
A future thinking professional who comes with experience in Operations / strategic initiatives, leveraging Consulting skills, Project and Change Management as key enablers.
Aspiring to build a career as Operations professionals with ability to support strategic programs spread across functions, geographies.
Salary Package
5.36 LPA CTC (Based on Glassdoor estimates)
