Account Management Associate – Italian (ISG-ESMA)

Amazon is hiring an Account Management Associate – Italian (ISG-ESMA) for its Hyderabad office. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates fluent in Italian who are passionate about account management, e-commerce, and business growth. As part of Amazon's EU Account Management team, you will work directly with Italian sellers, helping them expand their businesses and maximize their success across Amazon's European marketplaces.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of Italian-speaking sellers, analyse business performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations that drive revenue. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams while building expertise in account management, consultative selling, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Italian-speaking sellers to improve business performance and revenue growth.
• Analyse seller performance data and provide actionable recommendations for business expansion.
• Guide sellers on Amazon programs, tools, and marketplace features to maximise their success.
• Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and account activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve seller inquiries and escalations efficiently.
• Support sellers in implementing operational best practices and improving marketplace performance.
• Identify new growth opportunities through proactive, data-driven account management.
• Contribute to team goals by sharing insights, improving processes, and supporting business initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of Sales or Account Management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• B2, C1, or C2 Italian language certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native or near-native Italian language proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Experience working with e-commerce sellers or marketplace account management.
• Strong analytical, customer relationship, and consultative selling skills.
