Associate – ML Data Operations (GO-AI Operations)

Amazon is hiring Associate – ML Data Operations (GO-AI Operations) for its Hyderabad office. The GO-AI Operations team supports Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers by providing high-quality image and video auditing services that improve automation, inventory accuracy, and machine learning models. As an Associate, you will review short video and image clips, accurately identify product locations, validate visual information, and ensure high-quality data that powers Amazon's AI-driven fulfillment operations.

This role is ideal for candidates with excellent attention to detail, strong observation skills, and the ability to maintain high productivity while working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit image and video data using Amazon's internal annotation tools.
• Watch hundreds of short video clips during each shift and accurately identify product placement and movement.
• Perform data labeling, image annotation, video annotation, and visual quality checks with high accuracy.
• Verify inventory locations and support fulfillment center inventory accuracy.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and operational performance targets.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while completing annotation tasks.
• Identify details from low-quality, blurry, or partially visible images and videos using careful human judgment.
• Ensure data confidentiality and comply with Amazon's security policies.
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve machine learning data quality.
• Maintain accurate records and complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.
• Participate in coaching sessions and continuously improve quality and productivity metrics.
• Support AI model improvement by providing reliable human-reviewed data.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Ability to work with image, video, and text-based data.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal tools quickly.
• Ability to maintain productivity while delivering high-quality work.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Data Annotation, Data Labeling, Quality Assurance, BPO, Operations, AI, or Machine Learning projects.
• Knowledge of image processing, video auditing, or content moderation is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong focus, consistency, and attention to detail.

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week with two consecutive rotational weekly offs.
• 9-hour shifts including scheduled breaks.
• 24×7 rotational shift environment.
• Night shift allowance applicable as per Amazon policy.
• Work-from-home associates must maintain a dedicated workspace and follow Amazon security guidelines.
