Meesho Grocery aims to revolutionize how India shops for groceries by enabling the lowest-cost distribution for daily needs. The grocery market is projected to be an $800 billion opportunity in 2024, with most demand coming from non-metro cities. Meesho Grocery is an early-stage mini start-up within Meesho, building a cost-effective distribution channel for lower-tier cities of India.

We are hiring an Associate - Operations for our Bangalore location. You will lead initiatives to design and optimize inventory handling and order processing flows to improve seller efficiency while ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will collaborate closely with central Control Tower and Process Excellence teams to enhance performance and pickup success. This is an early-stage initiative within Meesho with a distinct supply chain and operating model.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and optimizing inventory handling and order processing workflows
• Improving seller efficiency and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Collaborating with Control Tower and Process Excellence teams to boost pickup success
• Leading workforce productivity initiatives and training programs
• Developing engagement strategies to build a high-performing, retained operations team

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and operations-driven professional. This role offers exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations in a high-energy, early-stage environment.
