Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop automated dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPIs to support business and finance teams.
• Work with large datasets to extract, clean, transform, and analyze business information using SQL and Excel.
• Create scalable self-service reporting solutions for Finance and Operations stakeholders.
• Design and maintain operational, financial, and business performance metrics.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Finance Analytics, Data Analytics, or related analytical roles.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Analysis, and VBA Macros.
• Experience working with ETL processes or data transformation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating complex SQL queries involving multiple datasets.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and ETL architecture.
• Experience working with very large datasets.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience building financial dashboards and business performance reports.
• Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms is an added advantage.
