Business & Technology Delivery Associate

Accenture is hiring a Business & Technology Delivery Associate in Hyderabad for a full-time Marketing Operations opportunity. The role is suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in troubleshooting, customer service, or technical support environments.

As a Business & Technology Delivery Associate, you will support marketing operations and campaign management activities across the digital marketing lifecycle. The role involves customer support through email and chat, troubleshooting technical issues, campaign execution, and helping improve marketing efficiency and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, execution, tracking, and analysis of direct marketing campaigns.
• Provide customer support through email and chat while maintaining high service quality.
• Focus on key performance metrics including customer satisfaction, first-time resolution, efficiency, and quality.
• Investigate and resolve end-user issues using effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and potential efficiency improvements.
• Identify and escalate operational issues requiring process or system improvements.
• Interpret customer queries and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
• Build strong client relationships through professional and responsive support interactions.
• Adapt communication styles when working with customers from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Stay updated with product, procedure, policy, and system information to provide effective support.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in troubleshooting, customer service, or technical support, preferably in chat and phone-based environments.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Gmail or equivalent productivity tools.
• Good understanding of the digital marketing domain.
• Knowledge of advertising servers is an added advantage.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to investigate issues, follow up appropriately, and escalate when required.
• Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.

Eligibility: Candidates with any graduation and 1–3 years of relevant experience in troubleshooting, customer service, technical support, or related digital marketing operations can apply.
