Business & Technology Delivery Associate

Accenture is hiring a Business & Technology Delivery Associate in Hyderabad for a full-time Marketing Operations and Campaign Management role. The position is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in troubleshooting, customer service, or technical support environments.

As a Business & Technology Delivery Associate, you will support marketing operations by helping plan, execute, track, and analyze direct marketing campaigns. You will work with customers and end users through email and chat, troubleshoot issues, provide timely resolutions, and contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, execution, tracking, and analysis of direct marketing campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer support through email and chat.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, first-time resolution, efficiency, and quality metrics.
• Investigate and resolve end-user technical and campaign-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Identify and escalate issues requiring operational or process improvements.
• Interpret customer queries and address requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Adapt communication styles when working with customers from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Learn and apply product, procedure, policy, and system information effectively.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in troubleshooting, customer service, or technical support, preferably in chat and phone environments.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Gmail or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Knowledge of advertising servers is an added advantage.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to investigate issues and escalate appropriately when required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Strong customer service and client communication skills.
