Job Description
Amazon India (ASSPL) is looking for an analytical and process-driven CTL EDSP, AMZL (Last Mile) - North to steer our delivery networks in New Delhi. This high-impact operations program role centers on mapping logistics requirements, supervising multi-layered teams, and driving scalable process improvements to elevate the customer delivery experience across our last-mile fulfillment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Operational Infrastructure Governance: Manage and secure the multi-site operational throughput of transportation nodes, analyzing workflows to eliminate systemic distribution defects.
- Team Leadership & Direction: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a direct team of Business Analysts, Program Managers, or Area Managers, setting accountability parameters to meet strict corporate goals.
- Data-Driven Metric Instrumentation: Ingest complex operational data streams to build performance dashboards, track cycles, and deliver precise executive updates to leadership.
- Strategic Sizing & Forecasting: Formulate flexible resource forecasting models, load capacities, and terminal logistics budgets to maintain lean operational execution.
- Enterprise Program Scaling: Design, test, pilot, and roll out cross-regional continuous improvement models focused on reducing package return cycle times and enhancing carrier delivery paths.
- Standard Work Standardization: Author and enforce rigorous team Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and risk-mitigation frameworks to safeguard logistics safety.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Personnel Leadership Portfolio: 1 or more years of proven professional experience directly leading frontline personnel and tracking performance compliance lines.
- Educational Background: Holds a valid Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent practical background (alternatively, 2+ years of internal full-time blue badge FTE tracking at Amazon).
- Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of hands-on experience working with performance analytics metrics, continuous process improvement, or structured Lean/Six Sigma frameworks.
- Core Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written business communication attributes, strong capability to think big, analytical conflict resolution, and complete comfort navigating ambiguity.
