Deputy Manager - Affordable Housing (Debt Management Services)

Job Purpose

To achieve the assigned branch's Debt Management Services targets while ensuring monthly target fulfillment within the specified cost limits.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Collections Management

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency. Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

2. Legal Compliance

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

3. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

4. Escalation Management

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

5. Risk Management

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

6. Portfolio Management

Case to Case tracking. Resolution at per AOP with in agreed timelines.

7. Strategy & Leadership

Portfolio Management, Debt Collection Strategy, Target Achievement, Regulatory Compliance, Reporting and Analysis, Risk Management, Team Leadership, Vendor Management.

8. Coordination

Coordinating with internal and external clients.
