Amazon Dev Center India is seeking a GSS - Tech Sourcing Recruiter (FTC) to join the Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) team. This is a 100% remote, US-market-focused position responsible for identifying passive engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and X-ray search.
• Conduct technical screens to assess candidate motivation and fit, rather than just filling vacancies.
• Manage searches against strict timelines and maintain ATS data integrity.
• Develop market intelligence on niche technical regions to advise stakeholders.
• Create innovative outreach strategies to improve conversion metrics.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Minimum 3+ years of corporate or search-firm technical recruiting/sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of equivalent full-time Amazon experience.
• Familiarity with technical hiring ecosystems (e.g., Python, Java, SQL, AI/ML).
• Ability to work a 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST shift to support US timezones.
• Strong communication, logical troubleshooting, and sense of urgency.
