Amazon Dev Center India (ADCI) is seeking a highly analytical, process-driven Program Manager, SPCtS UDE to join the Financial Disputes - Upstream Defect Elimination program at the BLR 14 SEZ hub in Bengaluru, Karnataka . Operating inside the Retail Business Services (RBS) division, this non-tech program leadership position owns the strategy, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination needed to eliminate accounting friction, lower the vendor cost to serve, and optimize transaction pipelines across global markets .
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- P2P Defect Elimination: Investigate, isolate, and systematically strip out transactional errors stretching across the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) ledger lifecycle .
- Financial Dispute Minimisation: Champion key strategic programs to reduce billing variance logs, maximize matching efficiencies, and enhance the overall Vendor Experience (VX) .
- Cross-Functional Tech Interlock: Partner directly alongside global Program, Product, and Software Development Engineering towers to build scalable automated mechanisms that fix defects .
- KPI Governance & Data Insights: Formulate, implement, and monitor robust data-driven reporting frameworks to track multi-layered project milestones and clear operational bottleneck patterns .
- Executive Strategy Storytelling: Extract financial data insights using complex database scripts to author clear narrative summaries and report progress results directly to senior management .
- Global Practice Standardization: Interlock with international business groups to exchange best practices, map resource profiles, and continuously drive down corporate operational cost barriers .
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Program Management Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of verified, non-internship professional history explicitly spent managing complex project scopes, deadlines, and deliverables .
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: 3 or more years of proven background interfacing directly across multi-tier technical and non-technical business units .
- Process Transformation Track: 3+ years spent designing, configuring, and deploying continuous process improvement initiatives using quantitative performance metrics .
- Technical Systems Toolkit: High professional mastery using SQL querying alongside Advanced Microsoft Excel structures (including multi-criteria arrays, nested lookups, and pivot charts) .
- Preferred Value-Adds: 3+ years spent driving end-to-end program deliveries, managing multi-tier stakeholder matrixes, and presenting strategic updates to executive business leaders .
