Job Description
Amazon India (ASSPL) is hiring a highly analytical and investigative Security and Loss Prevention Specialist, INTL to drive the "SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program" based out of Janakpuri, New Delhi . This critical corporate security role focus on protecting assets and tracking system vulnerabilities by systematically uncovering concessions fraud, executing comprehensive node audits, and tracking bad actors across buyers, sellers, and delivery networks .
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Concessions Abuse Investigation: Conduct end-to-end deep-dive fraud investigations into suspicious customer concession requests, evaluating data timelines across customer, delivery associate (DA), and seller profiles .
- On-Ground Intelligence Gathering: Uncover and document emerging abusive Modus Operandi (MO) trends, converting on-ground field findings into operational logic updates to mitigate asset shrinkage .
- Last Mile Operational Audits: Execute unannounced compliance audits, surprise physical checks, and standard work reviews across Last Mile (LM) delivery stations to protect inventory paths .
- CAPA & RCA Management: Formulate definitive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) mappings for security breaches, overseeing the end-to-end execution of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) loops .
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Interlock: Partner closely across Customer Service (CS) units, core logistics leads, and corporate legal entities to drive loss prevention strategies without direct formal authority .
- Metric Tracking & Cadence Compliance: Track weekly loss patterns and produce comprehensive trend reports, meeting tight internal program service level agreements (SLAs) .
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Loss Prevention Tenure: Minimum of 7 years of progressive, non-internship professional experience specializing in enterprise risk management, corporate investigation, or loss prevention services .
- Educational Background: Holds a valid Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent practical credential from an accredited university institution .
- Methodology & Framework Mastery: Proven background enforcing strict investigation guidelines, process gap analysis, and conducting structural physical security audits inside fast-paced logistics hubs .
- Core Soft Skills: Masterful analytical troubleshooting, excellent written report building to compile formal investigation reviews, and sharp interpersonal influence properties .
