Senior Loss Prevention Manager [SLP Manager - Last Mile Programs]

Amazon India (ATSPL) is seeking a Senior Loss Prevention Manager to oversee security risk management and asset protection across major logistical hubs (Bengaluru, Chennai, New Delhi, Mumbai) . This role supports last-mile programs like EDSP and Seller Flex by mitigating risks to inventory and personnel .

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Protection & Investigations: Mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities, conduct forensic investigations into cargo theft, and handle complex fraud cases .
• Audits & Compliance: Perform security due diligence on 3PL/transport partners and manage corrective action plans (CAPA) with the Global Security Risk team .
• Risk Advisory & Training: Advise on new business initiatives, maintain law enforcement relationships, and build security awareness training .

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in corporate loss prevention, investigation, or law enforcement (or 2+ years internal Amazon experience) .
• Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing, coaching, and evaluating Security & Loss Prevention teams .
• Metrics & Technical Skills: 3+ years of experience in data-driven risk mitigation and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) .
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/professional experience .
