Job Description

Amazon India (ASSPL) is hiring a Senior Risk Manager in New Delhi for the Counterfeit Crimes Unit (CCU) to lead external anti-counterfeiting operations, including legal actions and law enforcement coordination, to protect intellectual property .

Key Responsibilities

Execute civil lawsuits and enforcement actions against counterfeiters and fraudulent entities .
Analyze data to identify counterfeit supply chains and high-value targets .
Collaborate with law enforcement, prosecutors, and customs for criminal prosecutions .
Partner with internal teams and brand owners to strengthen IP protection .

Required Qualifications

8+ years in law enforcement or investigation .
5+ years specializing in IP protection or anti-counterfeiting .
Fluent in English and Hindi .
Bachelor's degree or equivalent .
Preferred: SQL and Excel skills for data analysis .
