Our engineering culture is pod‑based, focused on logical debate and a founder’s mindset. You will contribute to solutioning product problems and challenge existing solutions. The user base grew 4× in the past year; the app has over 50 million downloads.

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and services that power our e‑commerce platform. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to turn ideas into production‑ready code. Expect to work on performance tuning, monitoring, and incident response to keep our systems reliable.

Key projects from the last year:

• Built API gateway aggregators using Hystrix and Spring Cloud Gateway for circuit breaking and parallel processing.
• Operated microservices that serve 15K RPS on normal days and up to 30K RPS during sales, with ~10 ms SLA.
• Maintained a distributed scheduler tracking 50 million shipments from multiple partners and performing async RDBMS processing.
• Used an in‑house video streaming platform to support diverse devices and networks.
