Job Description
Amazon India (ASSPL) is hiring a proactive, metrics-driven Trainer, GSF Learning and Development to join our regional fulfillment training squad based in New Delhi. This operational instruction role takes complete ownership of end-to-end L&D activities across Ultra Fast Fulfillment (UFF) sites, third-party (3P) logistics hubs, and localized dark store networks, matching employee skill levels with corporate efficiency benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Knowledge Gap Interventions: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize baseline workspace execution defects across distributed dark stores, designing immediate targeted learning strategies to meet regional productivity goals.
- Multi-Channel Training Delivery: Lead, execute, and monitor interactive instructional programs spanning digital onboarding tracks, physical classroom setups, and remote web-based Zoom instruction sessions.
- Digital New Hire Onboarding: Govern the deployment timeline and completion status of automated new-hire induction programs, performance improvement tracks, and core logistics compliance workflows.
- Operational Site Health Checks: Partner closely alongside local operations managers to conduct physical floor data checks, troubleshooting personnel performance drops and closing compliance anomalies instantly.
- Learning Coach Certification: Identify high-potential operational associates on the warehouse floor, guiding them through standard training pathways and formally certifying them as site-level learning coaches.
- Telemetry Metrics & Reporting: Track, calculate, and compile daily training completion rates and process quality KPIs, building data-driven trend analytics sheets within Microsoft Excel.
- Continuous Improvement Kaizens: Formulate and drive standalone skill optimization projects and facility-level Kaizen loops aimed at modernizing training deployment velocities and tracking results.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Educational Background: Holds a valid Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical credential across any analytical or administrative discipline.
- Core Technical Toolkit: Practical hands-on command over the **Microsoft Office Suite** (specifically formula tracking inside Excel, structuring presentations in PowerPoint, Word documentation, and Outlook coordination).
- Preferred Capabilities: Direct baseline experience deploying the formal Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process—encompassing upfront skill scoping, data compilation, and post-training impact reviews—is highly advantageous.
- Core Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal, written, and cross-functional business storytelling habits; comfortable addressing diverse crowds, and highly agile at building collaborative connections with site leads.
