Job Description

Amazon India (ASSPL) is hiring a proactive, metrics-driven Training Specialist, Last Mile - Training Team to support our Logistics Learning and Development group in Ghitorni, New Delhi . This on-site role owns end-to-end operational training execution across mapped Amazon Logistics (AMZL) stations and External Delivery Service Providers (EDSP), enhancing associate competencies and closing performance gaps to drive core organizational benchmarks .

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Knowledge Gap Interventions: Monitor active station performance trends to uncover knowledge vulnerabilities, designing and implementing proactive learning interventions before performance drops occur .
  • Multi-Channel Training Delivery: Lead, execute, and track specialized corporate learning sessions and Business Quality Management (BQM) frameworks via physical classrooms and virtual platforms like Chime .
  • Onboarding & Coaching Pipelines: Govern the deployment timeline and completion metrics of digital new-hire onboarding paths, continuous instruction courses, and performance improvement structures .
  • Station Compliance Audits: Partner directly alongside local operations managers during facility walk-throughs to check process compliance, immediately fixing discovered training outliers .
  • Learning Coach Certification: Identify high-potential operational associates on the logistics floor, supervising their professional development and formally certifying them as site learning coaches .
  • Spreadsheet Analytics & MIS Reporting: Ingest daily site output logs to compile training completion metrics, building clear data analysis summaries and reports within Microsoft Excel .
  • AI Content Tool Creation: Exploit generative AI software platforms alongside standard tools (PowerPoint, Word) to draft high-utility, territory-specific training materials and email updates .

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

  • Communication & Presentation: Proven corporate background managing written and verbal messaging pipelines, with strong public speaking and instructional presentation capabilities .
  • Technical Systems Toolkit: High operational fluency across the complete Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel formulas, PowerPoint storytelling patterns, Word documentation, and Outlook communication loops) .
  • Preferred Value-Adds: Documented track record leading continuous optimization initiatives or individual performance improvement projects across multiple corporate stakeholders .
  • Operational Flexibility: High willingness to support regional or zonal business travel requirements to visit mapped transport facilities .
