Job Description

Amazon India (ASSPL) is seeking a highly analytical and customer-centric Transportation Representative, ROW IB to join our Rest of World Inbound team in a fully virtual capacity across regional hubs . This central operations role focuses on managing dynamic supplier delivery paths, processing high-volume seller appointment queues, and executing real-time logistics rescue operations to provide a smooth, hassle-free layout for fulfillment center arrivals .

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Inbound Schedule Management: Analyze, evaluate, and assign optimal arrival slots for third-party sellers and vendor shipments across international fulfillment centers .
  • Real-Time Exception Resolution: Investigate and resolve scheduling conflicts, delivery exceptions, and transport blockers using internal query systems and database search methods .
  • Multi-Channel Query Handling: Manage high-volume seller requests and logistical disputes via email correspondencies, ticketing platforms, and real-time hotline support channels .
  • Logistics Rescue Operations: Coordinate continuous freight delivery plans, contingency mappings, and rescue operations to route cargo safely during active network delays .
  • Data Mining & Trend Tracking: Deep dive into baseline transaction matrices to track performance anomalies, isolate system patterns, and propose workflow optimization plans .
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Interlock: Act as the primary technical interface between suppliers, station associates, carrier vendors, and site operations managers .

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

  • Educational Background: Holds a valid graduation degree from an accredited or recognized university .
  • Linguistic Competency: Absolute mandatory verbal, reading, and written business communication fluency in the English language .
  • Technical Systems Toolkit: Strong operational command over computer environments, internet web navigation, and the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically data manipulation inside Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) .
