Swiggy is an on-demand meal delivery service that allows users to order food from any nearby restaurant and have it delivered quickly (much faster than Dominos 50 % of the time). We’re a VC-backed firm in its early stages that’s developing at breakneck pace.

Roles & Responsibilities
To generate focused and conclusive output on a business use-case as per requirement.
To create/publish conclusive intelligence and RCAs in article/dashboard/report forms and help drive decision making.
To design and implement the analytical projects for insights that drive the business goals and decisions (How to improve conversions vie Browse, Merch and Search etc)
To define and track metrics which help evaluate the health of business.
To build automated alerting systems for proactive and preemptive actions.
To identify the right metric and contribute to the measurement framework for the respective business unit.
To improve the accuracy of data through participation in data.
Would work with Business, Product and Data engineering teams for continuous improvement of data accuracy through feedback and scoping on instrumentation quality and completeness
Assist in building out business model, working with functions in determining functional targets, performing rigorous analysis on initiatives and reporting to senior stakeholders
Work with functional teams in articulating strategy and vision for relevant stakeholders
Ownership and responsibility of gathering market intelligence to drive best-in-class business processes along with functional leadersA
bility to scope ambiguous problems, structure them and see them through execution
Work with functional teams in identifying new initiatives and focus areas keeping in mind the organizational goals
Assist in data-driven decision making by running pilots and studying
Communicating with senior stakeholders including functional heads and CXOs on progress and analytical insights.
Eligibility
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical degree
1-3 years’ experience preferably in a consulting or analytics environment
At least 1+ years hands-on experience on data manipulation tools like SQL, R, SAS, Python, Excel etc
Experience in R, Qlikview, Google Analytics, MixPanel (GOOD TO HAVE)
MySQL (MUST)- Should be able to write clean SQL queries.
Excel, VBA, Google sheets, App Scripts experience (MUST)
Should have a basic understanding of to statistics/ modeling.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholders.
Salary Package
9.83 Lakhs Per Annum CTC (Based on Glassdoor Estimates)
