Roles & Responsibilities
Detailed knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
Significant experience in a Business Process Management, Process improvement or Process Re-engineering.
Proven and successful experience in continuous improvement activities, standardising processes across business areas and developing key relationships.
Capable of driving change and constructively handling resistance.
Work with business leaders and SMEs across the organisation in order to review business processes with a view to seeking opportunities to improve and exploit business process activity, identifying opportunities and cost savings via process improvement initiatives.
Challenge the status quo and be capable of establishing through credible argument and articulation of logic.
Work with the business to encourage streamlining and consistency of business processes and practices across the business areas
Attend meetings/daily stand up with squads, projects or other stakeholder’s wherever applicable
Attending various Scrum ceremonies and contribute
Salary Package
7.35 LPA CTC (Based on Glassdoor estimates)
