Application Support Engineer

Accenture is hiring an Application Support Engineer in Mumbai. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with 0–2 years of experience and 15 years of full-time education.

The Application Support Engineer will act as a software detective, investigating and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems. The role focuses on monitoring system health, troubleshooting application issues, supporting business continuity, and collaborating with technical teams to maintain stable application operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build knowledge of application support processes and provide technical support to the team.
• Participate in problem-solving discussions and technical investigations.
• Investigate application issues and identify potential causes.
• Document technical issues, findings, and resolutions to improve the team's knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Monitor system performance and identify anomalies requiring timely intervention.
• Support team members by sharing technical knowledge and insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives designed to optimize application support processes.
