Job Description

Amazon is hiring a CM Consultant Seasonal (UKROI) for its Global Medical Accommodation (GMA) team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Customer Service, Case Management, HR Operations, or Workplace Accommodation. As an Accommodation Consultant, you will support employees throughout the workplace accommodation process, ensuring compliance with company policies while delivering an outstanding employee experience.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees requesting workplace accommodations. You will manage accommodation cases from start to finish, collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Safety, and business leaders, and ensure every case is handled with professionalism, empathy, accuracy, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end workplace accommodation cases for Amazon employees.
  • Review accommodation requests and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Safety, and Leave Management teams.
  • Evaluate employee accommodation requirements and prepare accommodation recommendations.
  • Communicate accommodation decisions and provide clear guidance to employees and managers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update HR systems with case information.
  • Educate employees, managers, and HR teams on accommodation processes and return-to-work programs.
  • Handle multiple accommodation cases while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate complex employee cases to senior consultants when necessary.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within accommodation and HR operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Participate in HR projects, training sessions, and cross-functional initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, Employee Relations, or Case Management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple employee cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Human Resources or Employee Relations experience.
  • Experience using HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of workplace accommodation and return-to-work processes.
  • Experience in employee case management and HR operations.
  • Exposure to global HR shared services or contact center environments.
