Job Description

Amazon is hiring CTK Service Senior Associates (Centralized Timekeeping) for its HR Operations team in Maharashtra. The Centralized Timekeeping (CTK) team plays a critical role in managing employee attendance, timekeeping records, payroll-related corrections, and HR support operations across Amazon's network. As a CTK Service Senior Associate, you will ensure employee attendance records are processed accurately, resolve timekeeping issues through ticketing systems, maintain confidentiality of employee data, and deliver exceptional internal customer support.

This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, Employee Services, Shared Services, Time & Attendance Management, HR Helpdesk, or Customer Support. Professionals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, Microsoft Excel knowledge, and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee time and attendance records using Amazon's MyTime and HR systems.
  • Review, verify, and process attendance corrections submitted through ticketing platforms.
  • Resolve employee timekeeping inquiries accurately while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Audit attendance records to minimize payroll errors and ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle confidential employee information with complete professionalism and integrity.
  • Investigate attendance discrepancies and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, and Business teams to resolve complex employee issues.
  • Interpret and apply Amazon attendance policies and internal HR procedures.
  • Maintain high productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Prioritize payroll-critical requests to prevent payroll defects.
  • Perform data validation, ticket management, reporting, and documentation activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal quality standards.
  • Provide timely communication and updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume shared services environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, HR Operations, Shared Services, or Administrative Support.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy.
  • Experience handling confidential employee information.
  • Ability to multitask while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of HR Operations or Customer Service experience.
  • Experience working with HRMS, HRIS, MyTime, Workday, or similar HR systems.
  • Knowledge of payroll support processes and attendance management.
  • Experience working with ticket management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a shared services environment.
  • Experience supporting employee relations and HR helpdesk functions.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
