Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer billing disputes and payment-related issues efficiently.
• Perform account reconciliation and investigate discrepancies in customer accounts.
• Support end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Communicate with Arabic-speaking customers through written and verbal communication.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Analyze invoices, billing records, and payment transactions to identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal finance, accounting, and business teams to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure timely dispute resolution while meeting operational service level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Use Microsoft Excel and financial systems to perform analysis and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Finance Operations.
• Maintain compliance with Amazon financial policies and internal controls.
• Prioritize multiple customer requests while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Studies, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Customer Service, Shared Services, or Accounting.
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and English communication.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar financial platforms.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable lifecycle and dispute management.
