Graphic & Visual Design Associate

Accenture is hiring a Graphic & Visual Design Associate in Bengaluru for a full-time opportunity in Pursuit Services and Content Management. The role focuses on creating high-impact client-facing sales presentations, branded visual assets, and presentation materials that support B2B sales opportunities.

As a Graphic & Visual Design Associate, you will work closely with Sales, Response Management, Business Development Managers, and subject matter experts to transform strategic messaging, value propositions, business data, and insights into visually compelling presentations. The role requires strong visual storytelling, presentation design, branding, and content management skills.

The position involves designing presentations for prospect pitches, client renewals, executive briefings, and strategic pursuits while maintaining brand consistency, visual quality, storytelling clarity, and alignment with sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, client-ready sales presentations for prospect pitches, client renewals, executive briefings, and strategic pursuits.
• Translate strategic messaging, value propositions, and business information into compelling visual presentations.
• Create clean and executive-level charts, graphics, infographics, and data visualizations from workforce analytics, KPIs, case studies, and performance data.
• Ensure presentation materials follow brand guidelines, tone, formatting standards, and visual identity requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors, BDMs, Response Management teams, and subject matter experts to gather information and refine presentation content.
• Maintain a centralized repository of approved slides, case studies, proof points, testimonials, and visual assets.
• Develop reusable presentation content and assets to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain and update standardized presentation templates, slide libraries, iconography, and visual frameworks.
• Validate messaging clarity, strategic coherence, and alignment with sales objectives before final delivery.
• Refine presentation templates, narratives, and visual assets based on feedback and performance data.
• Identify opportunities to improve presentation standards through new design techniques, visual frameworks, and digital tools.
• Support improvements in client engagement and effectiveness of sales presentations.
• Ensure presentations are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles and client presentation requirements.
• Strong presentation design and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with structured storytelling frameworks.
• Experience or exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud and design tools beyond PowerPoint.
