Health Operations Associate

Accenture is looking for an analytical and process-driven Health Operations Associate to join their specialized Healthcare Operations vertical based out of an office setup in Navi Mumbai. The fundamental purpose of this role is to embed advanced digital transformation systems within end-to-end medical administration pipelines, streamline workflows for the emerging healthcare infrastructure, and deliver high-quality resource support to third-party administrators of prescription drug programs.

Core day-to-day administrative and technical responsibilities focus heavily on Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) business tracks, which encompass verifying and processing high-volume prescription drug claims, maintaining clinical formulary guidelines, managing insurance payer interactions, and executing complex contract data checks. Associates will perform routine administrative troubleshooting, verify transactional parameters to maintain consistent operational baselines, and coordinate closely with pharmacy networks or manufacturer discount channels to minimize process disruptions.

Additionally, the position requires resolving basic procedural problems using standard guidelines, managing strict patient data confidentiality standards, and maintaining clear communication frameworks across immediate teams. Candidates must be a graduate holding a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, present 1 to 3 years of hands-on professional background in related operations, and demonstrate full readiness to work consistently across night shifts to seamlessly handle global delivery targets.
