HR Generalist

TaskUs is hiring an HR Generalist in Noida, India. This is a full-time, on-site HR opportunity for professionals with 12–24 months of professional experience. BPO HR Generalist experience is mandatory, and candidates should be comfortable working night shifts.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting employees and managers across employee relations, HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and HR reporting. The role involves analyzing HR information, recommending solutions, handling employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze HR information and recommend appropriate HR solutions.
• Identify workplace problems and evaluate solutions to improve manager and employee performance and experience.
• Manage and execute HR special projects, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, research, documentation, and transactions.
• Prepare HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing employee data and trends.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and advise management on necessary actions.
• Deliver effective onboarding experiences for new employees.
• Process and maintain new-hire documentation in coordination with payroll and legal vendors.
• Administer employee satisfaction surveys.
• Handle employee relations matters, employee concerns, disciplinary issues, and performance-related matters.
• Update employment policies and procedures based on legal requirements and business needs.
• Support a positive workplace environment through daily HR and office activities.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Required Skills:

• BPO HR Generalist experience is mandatory.
