Job Description

Accenture is hiring an HR Service Delivery Associate for its Mumbai office. This full-time opportunity is ideal for graduates with 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, HR shared services, or case management. The role involves supporting employee relations processes, handling HR service requests, maintaining HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies while delivering an excellent employee experience.

As an HR Service Delivery Associate, you will work closely with HR teams, business stakeholders, and employees to manage HR cases, update Workday systems, support leave management processes, and maintain confidential employee records. This role offers excellent exposure to global HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations and HR service requests through case management systems.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and employee files.
  • Support leave of absence administration and HR operations processes.
  • Update Workday Talent Management and HR systems with employee information.
  • Coordinate with HR teams, managers, and stakeholders for timely case resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
  • Track HR cases, prepare reports, and support process improvements.
  • Provide administrative support for investigations, grievances, and employee concerns.
  • Deliver high-quality employee support while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Relations.
  • Experience with Workday Talent Management or HRIS systems.
  • Understanding of Case Management and Leave Administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduation.
