Job Description
Accenture is hiring an HR Service Delivery Associate in Mumbai for a full-time opportunity for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is part of the Talent Acquisition function and focuses on recruitment administration, interview coordination, candidate communication, documentation, ATS management, reporting, and recruitment operations.
As an HR Service Delivery Associate, you will provide advanced administrative and coordination support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will work with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders across multiple roles and geographies to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruiters in scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate candidate communication regarding interview logistics, feedback, and next steps.
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Support recruitment trackers, reporting, documentation, and system updates.
- Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and onboarding documentation.
- Prepare and send offer letters and other employment-related documents.
- Assist with job postings across job boards and social media platforms.
- Generate recruitment reports and dashboards as required.
- Liaise with hiring managers to obtain timely feedback and process updates.
- Follow recruitment processes, SLAs, compliance requirements, and established RPO frameworks.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and documentation quality.
- Support a consistent and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition administration or recruitment support.
- Advanced interview scheduling and coordination skills.
- Strong candidate and stakeholder communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting module is an advantage.
- Exposure to Australian recruitment processes, particularly within the airline industry, is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent professional email writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good time management, prioritization, and coordination skills.
- Understanding of recruitment processes, RPO models, SLAs, and administrative best practices.
Shift Requirement: Candidates must be open to Australian shift timings, approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Australian time.
Eligibility: Any Graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
