Job Description

Accenture is hiring an HR Service Delivery Associate in Bengaluru for its Workforce Data Admin and Employee Data Process Design function. This is a full-time HR operations opportunity for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience and any graduation qualification.

In this role, you will support employee service processes and HR operations by handling employee tickets, service requests, HR records, exit processes, policy-related queries, and HR system transactions. The role involves working with HR systems and ticketing platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow while ensuring accuracy, timely resolution, data confidentiality, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process employee tickets and service requests related to resignations, terminations, retirements, and HR policy queries.
  • Support employee offboarding and exit administration processes.
  • Assist with final settlement, full and final calculations, statutory dues, leave encashment, deductions, and notice-period buyout validation as per applicable policies.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding exit formalities, documentation, and HR processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and HR records.
  • Update HR applications and employee information accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring process issues and suggest corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, accuracy, controls, and turnaround time.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and client data.
  • Monitor process metrics and support improvements in service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and internal stakeholders to resolve employee service requests.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Work in rotational shifts when required by business operations.
