HR Service Delivery New Associate

As an HR Service Delivery New Associate, you will support recruiters and hiring managers by coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data, communicating with candidates, preparing offer documentation, and ensuring a smooth hiring process using Workday Recruiting and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interviews and recruitment updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in Workday Recruiting and ATS.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate background verification and pre-employment activities.
• Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring dashboards.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of data accuracy and documentation quality.
• Provide a professional and positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:

• Any Graduate.
• 0–1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong email writing and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Workday Recruiting.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail with high data accuracy.
• Customer-focused mindset and professional communication.
• Willingness to work in Australian shifts (9 AM–5 PM Australian Time).
