Job Description
Accenture is hiring an HR Service Delivery New Associate in Mumbai for a full-time opportunity suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience. The role is part of the Talent Acquisition function and focuses on recruitment administration, interview coordination, candidate communication, documentation, and recruitment operations.
As an HR Service Delivery New Associate, you will provide administrative and coordination support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will work with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to ensure accurate data, timely communication, smooth interview scheduling, and a consistent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruiters with interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, logistics, feedback, and next steps.
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Support recruitment trackers, data entry, reporting, and documentation activities.
- Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and onboarding documentation.
- Prepare and send offer letters and other employment-related documents.
- Assist with job postings across job boards and social media platforms.
- Generate recruitment reports and dashboards as required.
- Liaise with hiring managers to obtain timely feedback and process updates.
- Follow established recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and RPO frameworks.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy and ensure recruitment documentation is properly managed.
- Support a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good sentence construction, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional candidate communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong professional email writing skills.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good time management, prioritization, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and administrative best practices.
Eligibility: Any Graduate with 0 to 1 year of experience can apply.
Shift Requirement: Candidates must be open to Australian shift timings, approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Australian time.
