I&F Decision Science Practitioner Associate

Accenture is hiring an I&F Decision Science Practitioner Associate in Mumbai for a full-time opportunity for candidates with 1–3 years of experience. The role focuses on HR analytics, compliance reporting, data validation, Excel-based reporting, and operational support.

In this role, you will support the preparation and delivery of standard compliance reports using data from internal and client systems. The position is hands-on and execution-focused, requiring strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with basic exposure to Power Query and VBA for report automation. The role is suitable for candidates who have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, data accuracy, and an interest in working in a data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and delivery of standard recurring reports using Excel and data from compliance systems.
• Work with compliance tools such as Bullhorn, Cognos, and PeopleSoft.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability across reporting outputs through regular data checks and validation.
• Identify and escalate data anomalies, inconsistencies, and reporting issues to senior team members.
• Collaborate with team members to meet reporting timelines and service-level commitments.
• Assist with root-cause investigations for reporting issues and document corrective actions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational deliverables.
• Participate in training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Provide support until 12:00 PM EST when required for client meetings and discussions.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of Power Query and VBA for report automation.
• Understanding of HR analytics and compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with compliance reporting tools such as Bullhorn, Cognos, or PeopleSoft.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
