I&F Decision Science Practitioner Associate

Accenture is hiring an I&F Decision Science Practitioner Associate in Mumbai. This role focuses on HR Analytics, compliance reporting, data validation, and recurring report preparation using internal and client systems.

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with basic exposure to Power Query and VBA for report automation. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skills, and a willingness to learn are important for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and delivery of standard recurring reports using Excel and compliance systems.
• Work with compliance tools such as Bullhorn, Cognos, and PeopleSoft.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability across reporting outputs through regular data checks and validation.
• Identify and escalate data anomalies or inconsistencies to senior team members.
• Collaborate with team members to meet reporting timelines and service-level commitments.
• Assist in root-cause investigations for reporting issues.
• Support documentation of corrective actions and process improvements.
• Participate in training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Contribute to team initiatives and operational deliverables as assigned.
• Provide support for client meetings and discussions when required, including extended support until 12:00 PM EST.
