I&F Decision Science Practitioner Associate – HR Analytics & Compliance Reporting

Accenture is hiring an I&F Decision Science Practitioner Associate for its Mumbai team. This role is focused on HR analytics, compliance reporting, data validation, and recurring report preparation using internal and client systems. The position is suitable for graduates with 1-3 years of experience who have strong Microsoft Excel skills and an interest in data-driven HR and compliance operations.

The selected candidate will support the preparation and delivery of standard compliance reports using data from compliance systems. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy in handling data, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver standard recurring compliance reports using Microsoft Excel and data from internal and client systems.
• Work with compliance tools such as Bullhorn, Cognos, and PeopleSoft.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting outputs through regular data checks and validation.
• Identify and escalate data anomalies, inconsistencies, and reporting issues to senior team members.
• Assist with root cause analysis and investigation of reporting-related issues.
• Support documentation of corrective actions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet reporting timelines and service-level commitments.
• Participate in training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Use Power Query and VBA for basic report automation and process improvement.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders through email and other business communication channels.
• Provide support for client meetings and discussions, including availability until 12:00 PM EST when required.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Basic exposure to Power Query and VBA.
• Understanding of compliance reporting and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify data discrepancies and perform basic investigation.

Experience: Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in reporting, HR analytics, compliance reporting, data operations, or a related field may be suitable for this position.
