Inbound Sales Representative Associate – Workday Talent Management

Inbound Sales Representative Associate is a full-time opportunity at Accenture for graduates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The position is based in Navi Mumbai and focuses on Next Generation Customer Operations and Workday Talent Management.

In this role, the associate will support business solutions within Workday's HCM environment, with a focus on talent and performance management data and related organizational processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Support business solutions within Workday's HCM environment.
• Work with talent and performance management data and processes.
• Assist with implementation and management of Workday-related business solutions.
• Support employee services and HR-related operational processes.
• Analyze and resolve routine problems using established procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Follow defined processes and instructions for daily activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the team's operational and business objectives.
• Adapt to changing business requirements and new assignments.
• Work in rotational shifts when required by the business.
