TaskUs is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to act as an instructional architect for global clients, mapping core requirements and planning target strategies. The role entails collaborating heavily with subject-matter experts to conduct frontend task analysis and construct data-driven knowledge repositories. The selected designer will build and test comprehensive curriculum packages, including student handbooks, instructor slide decks, storyboards, simulation modules, and assessment tracks. Key corporate responsibilities encompass peer auditing, upskilling junior consultants, defining SMART metrics, and crafting fully ADA-compliant modules with e-learning software like Articulate or Captivate.
