The leader creates corporate curriculum plans, induction programs, and evaluation exams to track end-user or distributor readiness prior to enterprise deployment. Key operational duties require acting as a content expert to keep materials current, reviewing trainee metrics alongside internal business managers, and rolling out digital e-learning packages to optimize performance standards across the floor.
