Learning Experience Leader

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design, expand, and manage corporate training and development programs aligned with product-specific methodologies. The role involves creating end-user, partner, and distributor curricula, including general preparatory courses, exams, and technical skill modules. Responsibilities also include developing effective employee induction paths, updating training documents, and tracking trainee progress in coordination with business managers. Additionally, the leader will research and implement new workplace learning technologies and ensure compliance with the company's code of conduct.
