Job Description
Job Highlights
- MBA with Engineering degree
- Undergo one-year structured sales training including product knowledge, sales functions, MIS reporting, distributor and client visits, and independent territory management
Selection Criteria
a) Written Test
Aptitude test covering analytical ability, numerical ability, and basic ideas on sales. Duration: approximately one hour.
b) Face to Face Interview
Panel interview evaluating behavioural aspects, background, ambitions, and career goals.
Training Process
The selected trainees will undergo training for one year which will be structured as mentioned below:
First Quarter - Common
- Induction program: Organisational overview, organisational structure, business, and system and process
- Sales Functions: Overview of the different sales functions and its deliverables
- Introduction to products, market, briefing about completed projects, etc.
- Sales behavioural training
Second Quarter - Distribution, Studio
- Attaching with a Sales Manager as an under-study
- Will get involved in MIS and reporting activities, visiting distributors and dealers
- Attending review meetings
- Undergo advanced product training
- Evaluation
Third Quarter - Install, Residential, PAVA
- Attached with a Sales Manager as an under-study
- Will get involved in MIS and reporting activities
- Visiting Architects, SIs, and clients with the Sales Manager
- Attending review meetings
- Undergo advanced product training
- Evaluation
Fourth Quarter
- Assign an independent territory
Absorption
On completion of one year, they will be appointed on regular cadre of the company. Postings will be done as per availability of positions.

- MBA + Engineering Degree (B.E/B.Tech + MBA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel and learn
- Career-oriented with a desire to grow in sales
