Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Credit Control & Receivables Management

Manage credit control and receivables to ensure timely collections and maintain healthy cash flow. Handle credit limits and order release requests efficiently.

2. Accounts Reconciliation

Perform Accounts Reconciliation, GRN Reconciliation, Settlement of Issues, and Balance Confirmations to ensure accurate financial records.

3. Customer Onboarding

Manage new customer documentation and onboarding formalities. Ensure all required documents are collected and verified.

4. Banking Operations

Handle banking operations including Inward RTGS transactions, manage Bank Guarantee (BG) and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, and process cheque-related transactions.

5. Financial Accounting

Timely settlement of dealers claims and timely accounting of credit notes.

6. Cross-functional Coordination

Coordinate between FSSC and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

7. Customer Visits & Reviews

Conduct customer visits as needed. Participate in receivables review meetings with the Sales Team.
