Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

1. Brand Promotion & Lead Generation

For promotion of Busbar Trunking among all Industrial, Commercial & Residential sectors. Generating leads for Busbars based on market research and Principal connect.

2. Coordination & Sales Support

Coordination with RMs (Relationship Managers) on the field on Brand related sales. Assisting the RM Team to close high value quotations.

3. Customer Acquisition

Increasing the COC (Count of Customers) for Busbars in the region with the help of the local segment RM (Relationship Managers) Team.

4. Training & Capability Building

Providing regular training to the Segment Technical team and local segment RM to improve their selling capability.

5. Commercial Management

Ensuring GP (Gross Profit) target for the brand is achieved. Ensuring inventory turnaround as per set targets for the stocks @ local warehouse. Having strong commercial sense to ensure stock management, GP and sales are balanced.

6. Relationship Management

Maintain good PR as he is the face of the company with the local Principal Brand team. Relationship management with local Principal Brand team to ensure that they consider the BRM (Brand Relationship Manager) to be their team member in VISL.

7. Collections & Documentation

Responsible for timely collections of payments from customers based on Busbar orders secured & ensuring all documentations are done smoothly as per the Busbar business promised to the Principals.

8. Customer Service

Responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensure customer delight.
