Media and Graphics Design Associate

Accenture is hiring a Media and Graphics Design Associate in Mumbai for a full-time opportunity in Marketing Operations and Creative Design. The position is suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of graphic design experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation qualification.

As a Media and Graphics Design Associate, you will develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for a wide range of marketing and communication materials. The role involves creating designs for product illustrations, websites, brochures, leaflets, emailers, social media posts, and other creative assets while ensuring alignment with project objectives and corporate brand guidelines.

The role requires strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with an understanding of print formats, finishing processes, image retouching, and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing and communication materials.
• Create designs for product illustrations, websites, brochures, leaflets, emailers, social media posts, and other visual assets.
• Use Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic design tools to produce high-quality creative outputs.
• Generate new design concepts and layouts that align with project objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Ensure creative materials follow brand and corporate guidelines consistently.
• Work on print-related projects while applying knowledge of print formats and finishing processes.
• Perform image retouching and image manipulation as required.
• Coordinate with client agencies, team members, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Maintain attention to detail, including English grammar and visual consistency.
• Support planning and scheduling activities to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Solve routine design-related problems using established guidelines and processes.
• Work as an individual contributor while collaborating with the wider creative team.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience working with professional design applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience working in a studio environment with exposure to print-related projects.
• Understanding of print formats and finishing processes.
• Strong creative thinking and visual design skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for English grammar.
• Understanding of brand and corporate design guidelines.
• Experience with image retouching and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Outlook.
• Adobe XD knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with client agencies and internal teams.

Work Schedule: Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts, including night shifts, depending on business requirements.
