Motion Design Associate

Accenture is hiring a Motion Design Associate in Mumbai for a full-time opportunity in Marketing Operations – Video Content Production & Delivery. The role focuses on video production, motion graphics, animation, multimedia editing, and digital content creation for internal and external clients.

As a Motion Design Associate, you will work across the end-to-end video production workflow, including pre-production, production, and post-production. You will create high-quality videos, animations, rich media banners, digital assets, and multimedia content while following graphic standards, user experience principles, and industry best practices.

The role involves working with professional video and animation tools such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, Premiere Pro, Motion, and Final Cut Pro. You may also work on video resizing, compression, text and image placement, subtitles, voice-over adjustments, custom effects, animation, video retouching, and multi-channel content adaptation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across pre-production, production, and post-production stages of video projects.
• Create high-quality videos, motion graphics, animations, and multimedia assets.
• Design creative concepts for rich media banners and digital marketing content.
• Create complex animations using tools such as After Effects, Animate, and Blender.
• Edit and refine videos using Premiere Pro, Motion, Final Cut Pro, and other professional editing software.
• Modify and rework existing motion graphics and video assets based on project requirements.
• Resize videos for different aspect ratios and digital channels.
• Compress and optimize video files while maintaining appropriate quality standards.
• Perform text and image placement, voice-over adjustments, subtitle modifications, and timing changes.
• Add custom effects, animations, transitions, and other visual enhancements.
• Repurpose video content for multiple channels, including TVC, PR films, digital platforms, and other deployments.
• Work on video retouching, artwork, and Digital OOH assets when required.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and team members to develop and deliver creative content.
• Communicate with clients through calls, chat, and email to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight delivery deadlines.
• Stay updated with digital technologies, video production trends, and industry best practices.
• Ensure videos and creative assets meet required quality and industry standards.
• Support team members by sharing knowledge and providing training where required.

Motion Design & Animation Skills:

• Strong understanding of animation fundamentals including timing, ease in and out, arcs, anticipation, exaggeration, squash and stretch, secondary action, follow-through, staging, and pose-to-pose animation.
• Ability to create engaging motion graphics and visual storytelling experiences.
• Strong understanding of graphic design and video production processes.
• Ability to develop creative ideas quickly and translate concepts into finished visual content.

Required Technical Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Adobe Animate.
• Knowledge of Blender for 3D design and animation.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of Motion and Final Cut Pro is beneficial.
• Strong experience with professional video editing software.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
