Job Description

TaskUs is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to drive campaign performance, lead frontline personnel, and optimize business processes out of Airoli, India. The manager is responsible for ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are hit consistently while implementing structured, creative growth plans to help employees unlock their maximum potential. Core day-to-day duties involve evaluating staff strengths and weaknesses, cultivating trust across production floors, and building healthy client relationships. Additionally, because certain managed portfolios involve highly sensitive content moderation tracks, the manager actively collaborates with the on-site Resiliency and Wellness teams to enforce mandated counseling sessions, identify secondary distress signs, and protect workplace mental health stability.
