Job Description
TaskUs is seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of customer interactions across multiple channels. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) for quality and compliance
- Provide actionable feedback and coaching to team members
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare and present quality reports to management
- Collaborate with operations and training teams to implement quality initiatives
- Ensure adherence to client-specific quality standards and SLAs
- Conduct regular calibration sessions with internal and client stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality scores and feedback
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in quality assurance or customer service is a plus
- Ability to handle high-volume workloads and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
