Responsible AI Tech Lead

Accenture is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Responsible AI Tech Lead to join their advanced technology team in Mumbai, India. The overarching objective of this leadership role is to govern the ethical implementation of artificial intelligence architectures, ensuring complete alignment between complex technological workflows, localized regulatory policies, and overarching data safety guidelines.

Core day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities involve functioning as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead cross-functional development squads and manage team-level deployment choices. The tech lead will design and implement scalable cloud environments to sustain heavy AI workloads, automate infrastructure provisioning using strict Infrastructure As Code (IaC) methodologies, and configure automated build pipelines via robust CI/CD frameworks. Additionally, the specialist will run comprehensive gap assessments, evaluate information configuration risks, and set up secure version control pathways to enforce strict system monitoring standards.

Furthermore, the position requires facilitating critical alignment meetings between engineering teams and technical regulatory bodies to secure corporate trust milestones. The tech lead will provide direct mentorship to junior engineers to build domain awareness, design robust infrastructure remediation playbooks, and coordinate closely with network security teams to maintain high-integrity protocols inside a secured bay setup. Candidates must demonstrate 5 to 10 years of professional infrastructure automation background, superb analytical reasoning traits, and strong interpersonal communication fluencies to steer ethical AI transformations.
