Job Description
Accenture is hiring a Risk and Compliance Associate for its Mumbai office. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates with 1–3 years of experience who have strong analytical skills, Microsoft Excel expertise, and an interest in audit, compliance, and financial operations. The role involves auditing employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing time and expense reporting, handling forex-related activities, and supporting business reporting.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams while ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform audits of employee business expenses to identify policy violations and potential fraud.
- Process India Time & Expense transactions and resolve employee queries.
- Prepare mandatory holiday payout reports and leave balance validations.
- Generate operational reports related to attendance, leave, and expense management.
- Manage forex-related activities and resolve employee forex queries.
- Support audit, compliance, and reporting projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial operations.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and process compliance.
Required Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in audit, compliance, reporting, or financial operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
